Employment

Did you really lose half a million dollars? I was talking to someone about my early business failures and mentioned that my mistakes cost me a little more than $100,000 and that it had taken me quite a few years to dig myself back out from that. My companion exclaimed "That's nothing, dude: I lost more than half a million!"
Where are you going to get the boxes? My partner and I used to laugh privately at this. It became one of our favorite inside jokes. Whenever someone brought up some imaginary problem, we'd laugh and say "Where are we going to get the boxes?"
A game worth playing I recently wrote about a new poker site that pays cash prizes. It's a good place to play because of the serious competition, but if you looked at it from a strictly financial objective, they only offer one game that pays enough to be worthwhile: the $5,000.00 Sunday game that pays $1500.00 for first place. Anything else just has too little money in it to be worth spending time on (assuming that your only interest in playing is the money).
